One company for the whole stack, from the website to the server room.

Codexy is an independent, international IT company. We design and build websites, systems and software, and we install and look after the hosting, networks, phones, cameras and servers around them. The same people, both halves.

The idea

Why both halves

Most businesses buy their software from one company and their network from another. When something breaks, each one points at the other. We started Codexy to remove that gap: the person who wrote the system also knows the server it runs on and the cable it talks over.

That is the whole idea. It is not complicated, it is just rare.

What that looks like

A shop gets a till, the network behind it, the cameras over it and the ERP in the office, from one proposal. An office gets a website, mailboxes, phones and a backup that is actually tested. A warehouse gets stock software and the Wi‑Fi that reaches the last rack.

Every job starts with a conversation and a written proposal, and ends with a handover your team understands.

Principles

What we hold to

  • Say when the answer is "don’t buy it"

If a ready-made tool or what you already own does the job, we tell you. A good relationship is worth more than one sale.

  • Build around the people who use it

We sit with the cashier, the accountant, the receptionist. Software that fits the person gets used; software that fights the person gets a spreadsheet next to it.

  • Leave everything documented

Diagrams, logins, source code, labels on cables. Yours, in writing, from day one.

  • Be reachable

A phone number and an email address that a person answers. No ticket portal between you and us.

Sequence

How a job runs

The same four steps whether it is a shop till, a server room or a phone system.

  1. First conversation

You tell us what is slow, broken or missing. We ask questions and look at what you have.

  2. Proposal

A written scope and price. What we will install or build, what you provide, and when.

  3. Build and install

We configure, build and test. On site for cabling, cameras and servers; remotely for software.

  4. Handover and support

Your team is shown how it works. After that, you reach us by phone or email when you need us.

A short conversation first, then a written proposal. Neither costs anything.
